This Shiraz bangs out spice and dark berry - performing like a world tour and taking center stage. The band recommends enjoying Back in Black Shiraz with the music loud and just like an ACDC concert, it's perfect now but could also be re-lived over the next few years.
Thoughts from the Tasting Panel
The Back in Black Shiraz is named for its dark color and bold flavors. It shows lots of blackberry and plum on the palate and drinks well for a young wine.
Shiraz can be paired with any red meats, but we think it would be fun to match this wine up with meatballs and red sauce. Make a hero, toss them in some pasta, use them to top a pizza...all meatball dishes welcome.
